Hi guys, just wondering is this pump noise normal?

Doing some research there seem to be an issue with the pumps of h100i... but since the H100i GTX is the new kid on the block I am not sure.

The video and audio quality isn't that great but heres a reference. The pump noise is louder then my 3x 120 AF performance fans :/

I don't hear it in the video?

Mount the H100i vertically with the tubing barbs at the top and the noise should go away after a few weeks

its just microbubbles in the loop making the noise as they go through the pump

It doesn't sound right at all at all. I just got off with corsair ticket system and they responded with the pump is faulty exchange it with retailer as it is a few days old only... shame I got to wait another 2 weeks for another h100i gtx.

@Enderman i will exchange it, and if the new one has the same issue then ill try your method

Sadly I've yet to use an H100i GTX and haven't heard the pumps on the H100i's because their stock fans were so damn loud you couldn't hear the pump anyway. That doesn't sound all that loud but might not be normal. Corsair support is very friendly but I find they RMA parts way too easily and diagnose problems that never existed in the first place. Hopefully a replacement unit will solve your issue though.
