http://pcpartpicker.com/p/36X9P6My goal for the plan is to keep gaming for a couple years without having to upgrade much. I plan on streaming/recording. No plans for 4k yet but I might pick up a monitor for that later on. Max budget is 1,700.

Well tbh I only wanted my OS to be faster not anything else I dont think.

If that's the case then you should still get a 120GB SSD, they make such a huge difference for the OS and core programs, 120 is pretty much the minimum you should go with for a windows install.

Ill get 2x4 I think 16 is a bit too much.

Well, a 1x8 would give you the same performance without taking up all the space, could leave you some room to upgrade in the future.

Well apparently it gives you 15 percent improvement in games. Go with the 2x4.

Sound: Custom one pros, Audioengine A5+ with S8 sub.
