~$650AUD Budget PC build

I am planning to get a new PC with a budget of around $650AUD.
I have parts chosen out and what not already, but I am just not sure on the CPU of choice as I have heard that it is not really the best for gaming.

Games that I will be planning to play are World of Warcraft, Call of Duty, Battlefield and Dayz (Mod and standalone).
Anywho, this is what I have so far;

All prices are from MSY.

I would generally suggest something like this,

http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/mMvzsY

It offers a much greater capacity for upgrade later on, while using a far better cpu for gaming. The gpu is a downside, but you can sit on your hands for a little bit and make do while you save up more to get a better gpu as soon as you can afford one.

I second this, but I think it's worth it to just save $100 more and get a 280.

My only concern is how much will the dual core limit me?

It's a dual core but it has hyperthreading. Single core performance is a lot more important than core count for gaming.

It's 2 cores but 4 threads, including hyper-threading.

It is slower but it isn't actually as limiting as you'd think.

Noted.

Another thing, the ASRock H81 Pro is sold out at MSY, and MSY is the only store that is available for me to get hardware from. Would you recommend for me to go with the H81M-DGS instead?

Honestly, if it's a budget build like this just get the cheapest one you can get from a reliable brand. Make sure it's compatible/has everything you want and read some reviews on it.
