under volting gpu

i have a gigabyte 7870 oc at 1100/1200, stock volts is 1219mV

 

im using msi afterburner to under volt (6mV everytime) and 15min furmark burn ins to test for stability.

this is my first time under volting a gpu and was wondering how do i know if its unstable? will it blue screen like a unstable cpu?
