If you are only going to be gaming then if you changed some of those parts you could get a WAY better gaming rig.

With the money you are spending on that you could have a build with a GTX780.

Do you also plan on overclocking? If you aren't, you wouldn't need this board. As for your cooler, I would get a H220 since it is better than the H100i.

Bump down to a Msi z87a-G45 Gaming unless you can use the better sound card on the Hero. 

Get the 840 non Pro. The Pro is marginally faster and is not worth the price bump. You probably won't be able tell the difference in non-benchmarks.

Get a H220 instead of the H100i.
