duplicate display not working while playing games

I have just a basic dual monitor display.
one vga display and one a hdmi 720p tv.
Normally i just play one screen(my vga). Sometime i play games with a duplicated displays, so my family can watch while a play games that have good stories. recently the games won't display on both displays. just my primary(vga). (yea i play on key/mouse(wired) otherwise i would just go play on the couch via wireless using just the tv display)

tried reinstalling driver still no luck.

a8-5600k
1tb hdd
7790 hd (14.12 Omega driver)
8gb ram

i know can get away with using the preview window in a streaming software like OBS, xsplit, ect., but would like not to as my system isn't super great and don't want to add anymore load to my rig while playing than what is necessary.

have you tried using windowed/boarderless windowed mode?

I also strongly suggest you uninstall Omega and move back to 14.7

yes still didn't work.

 

i'll try that, but out of curiosity. why don't you like using the Omega driver?

Its not as stable as 14.7 (no driver after 14.7 is as stable, really disappointing IMO)

brb after i re-clean install the 14.7 driver.

so i couldn't find 14.7 so i grab 14.9. i got windowed mode working, but it displays like crap.

got full screen working in some games now
