why is it only 1 picture anyway those the fan header/connector i dont know where to put it

first picture looks like female fan headers, does your case have an inbuilt fan controller? the 3rd pic looks like a male fan header for those front fans. If your case does have a fan controller you can either choose to plug your fans into it or plug them straight into your motherboard, keep in mind if you choose the fan controller in the case it looks like you will need to run a sata power cable to power it.

Those are all fan connectors. Male/Female.

Without looking pics... If female (ones with holes) connectors come from fan, you can connect them either to mobo or to fan controller. Or to PSU if you don't mind noise. Mobo manual actually shows how to plug fans, even Asrock. Male connectors are usually either for splitters or extenders. You connect female connectors to them. But check where other end leads.
