Watercooling an i3?

I don't see why not? It'll keep the chip a lot cooler and theoretically make it last longer.

My uncle just gave me his old corsair h50 and I was wondering, would it really hurt to watercool my i3? I know it doesn't *need* to be watercooled but I kinda want it to be, thoughts? The i3 I have is the i3 4360 btw.

Why not right? If it stays colder while running, it'll last longer. There are only benefits here.

with a better rad maybe you would be able to, something like a 240mm rad

 

i know that the ltt crew can run most of their rigs at load on the loop at full load and still stay below 0C

I might try it with my i3, i have a Seidon 120m just sitting.
