Looking for cool and quiet.

Just as the title says.

 

I want to do a mini-upgrade to my PC, and the main problem is this thing is loud. Currently I only haave one fan running exhaust (negative pressure lol), as there is no space for an intake fan. I want something cool, quiet, and with decent able management. My budget is sort of up in the air (Give me some options from cheap to $80)

 

I haven't really been up to date with no hardware releases over the past year, so i don't know what the new thing is or what I should be looking at.

 

 

My System Specs:

 

Intel Core i5-3570k @ 4.3 GHz

Asus Z77-A motherboard

CM Hyper 212 EVO

Sapphire Radeon HD7870 1050/1250 (Been giving me some issues which might stem from heat)

Corsair CX600

For quiet computer cases the Define R4 is one of the more popular ones out there, another is the antec p280, but they both are a bit over the $80 budget. 

The core series from Fractal Design are pretty good but not completely silence oriented like the others.

Yes, I would look at the Define R4 or R5. (But again, a little over your budget) 

 

It is that or getting ~$120 in silent fans.
