Cooler Master RMA's.

How have you RMA's gone since mine has been horrible so far :(    (except the customer service they are amazing at that) I've been waiting a month for my Keyboard and Mouse to come back and at one point they forgot about my RMA. Has anyone had something similar or something fully different? I'm just curious to hear.

ive only had to do it once, they weer nice about it and they made a good decision which was to rma via amazon so timings werent long at all.

I am currently using a CM Storm Devastator Red LED keyboard. it also came with a cool looking mouse, but the scroll wheel went funky after a week of use and stopped working properly. For the price I paid I don't know if it would be worth trying to RMA.

 

What keyboard and mouse are you trying to RMA? If its the cheapy ones like I bought, then priority is probably very low to replace them.

I had issues with both the mouse and keyboard so I'm waiting on them to come back to me :P
