R9 370 launch is currently planned for early April, which means it either is, or will soon enter mass production.

This would probably co-inside with similar releases or maybe shortly thereafter you'll see Higher end cards.... 2nd Quarter>Middle of the Year>3rd quarter maybe..

No doubt all of them before the 3rd/4th quarter, as I think the dual-GPU beast will be a November ish release before Xmas.
