Activate windows !

Hi guys there is my problem:

 

When i play somethign or do somethign at random time windows activate thing is popping out and everything is minimazing how can i stop this shit help please:

 

There are some pics whats happening: ( i died multiple times on my game when this shit pop out at the middle of fight and minimaze my game i lose 5s )

Bonus problem:

How can i disable my password from windows 8.1 everytime when i turn ON my computer, Restart, Wake from sleep i see this and need to write my pass:

You need to activate Windows with a valid key. That's the easiest and best way to stop it. 

 

Also, change the password on your account, just leave the new password field blank and it should count as not having a password, so you just have to click your user image to log in.

Not as far as I know. 

 

You can get keys pretty cheap from places like G2A. 

 

We (or at least me) won't provide support for pirated software. It's not expensive for a one time purchase.
