I am building a new PC for my mother who is a professional photographer.  She uses Lightroom and Photoshop - lots of large size PSD files.  Below is what I have put together so far.  Still unsure about video card and case.

Honestly I am not sure the model but I know she uses a Nikon most of the time and a Hasselblad in the studio.

Thank you Swidlr - I am curious why you choose the video card setup you did?  Would a Quadro K2200 be a better choice?  Single monitor and no video production.

youre probably right, but ive got very little knowledge when talking about Quadro cards :c for professional photography, im assuming colors probably matter a lot so youre probably right.
