AMD Drivers

Can someone link me the AMD Catalyst drivers for R9 280. I cant seem to find the right one, or it wont install at least. 

 

I want to remove the 4 black bars on my screen.

Did you have a previous GPU before the install? Any onboard graphics drivers that came with your mainboard?

thoes black bars might be signs of a dead gpu, but here you go

Once installed, go into catalyst control center and under my flat panel display tasks or something similar, find a bar dealing with overscan / underscan. Adjust it to get rid of the box surrounding the picture.
