You won't be getting a very enjoyable 4k gaming experience until you hit ATLEAST 500$ at a 980, or dual 970s/r9 290x (R9 295X2).

Keep in mind we are talking aaa ganesy ou can play southpark and csgo at 4k with something less. 1440 seems to be the sweet spot

Don't run MSAA or AA at all at 4K and you should be OK.
