Driver Problems ? Need Help

Just built new gaming rig and after doing windows updates tried a few games. i could only get around 40-50fps on minecraft ?
 
I'm using an r9 280 and i got the latest drivers from the website ??
 
i need help as so far I've been struggling to get every thing to work.

Resort back to 14.7 RC3 driver. See if that helps.

Minecraft being CPU intensive game, GPU drivers might not do anything to situation.
