HDD Read/Write error

My hard drive for my laptop old laptop old HDD -200Gb Hitachi encountered an error while i was running the full system diagnosis the error code stated that there was a read/write error of an immovable file or something if requested i can run the diagnosis again but any thoughts on fixing this

 

***Before straight up suggesting get a new HDD or SSD that thing give suggestions on possible FIXES not uprgrades

if its software dont worry about it if its hardware just hope it doesnt use that part for critical stuff

It's dying, and there is nothing that you can do about it. Migrate all of your important data, ASAP.

The main cause of this error is generally errors on your hard drive, which can either bad sectors (that have not yet been marked as bad by the filesystem), or your hard drive may be starting to fail. 

 

So I would suggest to run a diagnostic on the drive again, and if there are any error codes again, to look for a replacement HDD.
