I was just curious as to if the CoC States whether devouring the souls of the innocent on the forum was technically allowed or disallowed?

In answer to your question, soul eating would break some of the clauses of our CoC:

• Ensure a friendly atmosphere to our visitors and forum members.
• "Don't be a dick" - Wil Wheaton.
• "Be excellent to each other" - Bill and Ted.

Furthermore, making unconstructive ("spam") posts is also not allowed. Locked.
