So my school recently gave us Dell Latitude 3340s, and quite frankly, they are crap. Core i3 4005u @ 1.7 Ghz, 4GB ram, and integrated graphics. Ugh. Now, I know if I wanted to play something such as battleblock theater or portal I would be fine, but my question is do you guys think I could run older games on it? Specifically COD:WAW. My friends and I are all big fans of custom zombies, and I was wondering if it would be worth it to install a dual boot windows and use it for old/undemanding games or if i should just shut that dream down before it gets started. Give me your opinions guys.

Here are the minimum requirements for COD: WAW.  Your cpu will limit you and may make it unplayable.

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S

The only reason I was thinking it might work is because the game was able to run on such old systems, so I thought perhaps the difference in cpu architecture might make up for it.

I changed my post to reflect what I was seeing on YouTube.

If you have steam, you can buy the game and check if it works. If it doesn't, install it on another computer (long live Steam :P)

EDIT: love the title of this topic, good job on it :P

EDIT EDIT (I tend to forget things): systemrequirementslab.com uses Java or an desktop app (if you don't have Java), to auto check ANY game if you can run it.

EDIT EDIT EDIT (I swear I'm not doing this on purpose): I'm not sponsored btw :P

Basic guide to CPU's!

If I said I were 14, you would call me a kid. If I say 70, you’ll entitle me too old. If I say 20 you say I’m inexperienced and if I say 40 than I'm too boring.
