Which would you recommend?

Go to solution Solved by Aniallation,

alright after I did some editing... I came up with this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ckZG6hits over 650 like the other builds but it looks more promising

Here's much closer to 650. Motherboard color matches, and PSU is better as well.

Motherboard: ASRock H97 PERFORMANCE ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($79.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: MSI Radeon R9 280 3GB TWIN FROZR Video Card  ($173.98 @ Newegg)
Case Fan: BitFenix Spectre 43.5 CFM 120mm  Fan  ($10.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Case Fan: BitFenix Spectre 43.5 CFM 120mm  Fan  ($10.99 @ SuperBiiz)

I am panning for gold so to speak for the best possible pc for around 600-800 dollars. I have created one I like on PC parts picker, but my brother told me it was going to perform waay worse than one he could make for the same price... soo as the title says which would you guys pick?

Mine: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/6Q2BYJ

His: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/rJ2BYJ

I honestly dont care who wins... mine is more of an AMD build just because the cpu seems better for the price and the 280x is a great budget card.. while his is a more Intel build with the 4690k and a 280 (no X) and the rest is just taste

A mixture would be the best. The Intel CPU > AMD though.
