Thats a fine build esp for gaming, and pretty well priced for the budget.

 

One thing I would suggest is getting two 4gb dims of ram instead of a single 8gb dim, as then you can run it in dual channel and get a bit more performance out of it.

Well, it will "work". However, you can do A LOT better with that money. As you don't seem to want to OC, here's my build for you:

Can the 290(x) be driven by a 430w PSU? No?

 

Then the hype train ISN'T over.... yet. The 3xx is still not here.

The STRIX hype train, not the 970 hype train. Notice I also have a 970 in my build for OP, as well as my build.
