I currently have a Gigabyte Gtx 780 Oc Rev 2

I'm wondering if it would be better to buy another gtx 780 (probably a cheaper 780 as the gigabyte one is $600) and run them in SLI or should I go for a single gtx 980, and I'm looking for 1080p performance here. And is there a better strictly gaming graphics card than the 980 at 1080p? Including Titan's and r9 295x2? What's the best of the best at 1080p

I'd like to run farcry 4 on ultra WITH full regular antialising, I can do ultra without AA currently.

If you are playing on 1080p I see no reason to go higher than singe 780.

The problem with FC4 is mainly because of its optimatization... there should be nothing wrong with your PC performance.

980 is terrible price/performance and is just slightly better than 970

970 is barely better than 780

R9 295x2 is great price/performance but you will be runing games in CF -> meaning that if game is not optimized well for CF it will run badly.

the 780 is perfectly fine for 1080... although dual 780s looks kinda awesome i wouldn't suggest dropping that much dough
