So you want to use your speakers on both your pc and xbox? As long as it isn't simultaneously a 3.5 audio split cable should work.

Prepare for a mess of cables...

Buy a RCA to 3.5mm Male adapter for your speakers. Plug that into the speakers and the other end into one of these (http://www.amazon.com/Stereo-1-Female-2-Females-Splitter-Changer/dp/B0009JFF7U). Next buy a splitter cable like this one (  http://geni.us/40cL) and plug it into your pc. Next buy two "Male to Male 3.5mm cables". Plug one of those into your xbox and one into the splitter thats in your pc. Then plug the end of those plugs into the cable plugged that your speakers are plugged into. With the headset you can plug that into the empty slot on your PC. (if that didnt make any sense then I can draw a picture and upload it later)

Another thing is that amazon affiliate code is Linus' not mine. Its from his handy tech video. http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/320875-handy-tech-episode-7/

Edit: Here's a photo of it. I have nothing else better to do post-163162-0-15721000-1425480056_thumb.

The only cheap option is to get a DAC for the Xbox's out, and plug that into the computer -> http://www.amazon.com/D3-Digital-Converter-Optical-Toslink/dp/B005K2TXMO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1425715914&sr=8-1&keywords=dac

Then, keep your speakers and headphones plugged into you PC as normal.
