computer use, budget is up to 200€.

Okay, and the room? For a bedroom or office (and your budget), a pair of bookshelf units makes more sense.

Micca MB42 come highly recommended, but you'll have to check availability in Europe. Lepai amp is cheap and does the trick for driving them.

Unfortunately the only good budget speaker brands I know of isn't available on the other side of the pond. :(
