Silicon Power release WiFi enabled SD cards!

911^NEmeSis

Well so le Twitter made me come across this and I was like woah, what an amazing piece of tech! It just seems so awesomely convenient to have the ability to export data without having to necessarily dismantle a device and have a card reader at hand. Just seems like a very nice function to have but as no price has yet been confirmed, how much do you think it will cost?

Is this the real life? Or is this just fantasy?

Can't imagine them being very fast, or at least not yet.

Yeah I would suppose that it would be pretty slow to transfer data but kind of beats having to go through the usual process though.

Is this the real life? Or is this just fantasy?

Unless I'm missing some sort of really key feature, these have existed for years.

funny that you get a reader with it even if it is wireless make not alot of sense to me lol

it looks like according to the review that the card reader is to set up the computer so it can detect the sd cards signal according to the post.
