You definitely don't need a liquid cooler for a locked CPU. Also, find a newer z97 board. As above, you'll need probably about 550w to be safe.

The projects never end in my line of work.

CPU: Core i7 5820k @ 4.7GHz || GPU: Dual Titan X || Motherboard: Asus X99 Deluxe || RAM: 32GB Crucial Ballistix Sport || Monitors: MX299Q, 29UB65, LG 34UM95 || Storage: Dual Samsung 850 EVO 1 TB in Raid 0, Samsung 850 EVO 250GB, 2TB Toshiba scratch disk, 3TB Seagate Barracuda || PSU: EVGA 1000w PS Platinum

I would not get the H100i cpu cooler. The stock cooler will do a reasonably good job. If you want something a little quieter under load consider something like the Noctua NH-L9i 57.5 CFM CPU Cooler.

Consider a higher capacity psu. 430W is a touch on the low side. Also, get a modular model. Antec HCG-520M or XFX P1-550B-BEFX would be good choices.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
