Possible to re program keyboard?

I have a 1994 apple adjustable keyboard, and I was wondering if there was any way i could program the media keys to be media keys. Windows recognizes them as random letters. Would there be a peice of software that could be relativley easily writen to make them act as media keys?

I downloaded it, but it only allows me to remap a normal keyboard.

I have media keys, but windows doesnt recognise them as media keys. I can not select them in the software, i would have to select the letter they are mapped too
