my parents are trying to get rid of some old speakers that were very expensive, the thing is they're very old. the speakers us a spring clips to a broken DVD player, i tried putting the spring clips into RCA male connectors then putting them into a duel female RCA to male 3.5 audio connector for my computer on-board audio. that "surprisingly" did not work. is there a way to get the out dated spring clip speakers to output from my computer?

Could You Show Picture OF Speakers?

Possible Pc doesn't produce enough power for them ik with my setup like this i had an old amp.

I Went, Mp3 to rca female, the rca cable to input of amp, then had the speakers with that clip type connection into output of amp.

you probably need an amp to get enough power to your speakers
