does it make any difference if i overclock my cpu. would my fps rise ?

I am not sure. Not know much about the AMD A6 CPU's and their overclock capabilities

hello. i have a problem. i have a povercolor 260x graphic card with 1gb of ddr5 ram. i have very low fps in all games and one of my friends has a nvidia gtx 750 and he has about 200 fps more in the same games. i looked online and my gpu is very similar in performace to his. do anyone knows what is the problem for my low fps. my pc has a amd a6-6400k apu and 4gb of ddr3 ram.

Are you perhaps talking about CS:GO? Or what game are you talking about?

I'd imagine your system RAM is the problem

CS:GO is CPU heavy. not GPU heavy Do you perhaps know what CPU he has?

That explains it.

Your CPU is not amazing and most i5 CPU's are pretty good.

As I said, GPU doesn't matter a ton in CS:GO, but CPU does.
