Slightly difficult to control games (emulation)

Trying to play some old n64 games via Project 64 with a PS3 controller, some games control fine (Dk64) but others (GoldenEye, Quake) don't seem to. For GE the left stick thinks when I move it left or right that I want to move Bond's body clockwise (or counter-clockwise). If others are (or have) played GE emulated on PC what settings did you use? What other games (N64 or otherwise) are somewhat difficult to control?

Note to mods: I am only asking how some people handle slightly difficult to control games (In my Opinion Goldeye 007 for the N64).

What I mean is pushing the analog stick to the left or right just moves bonds torso not his legs to move (shuffle?) left & right. But if I move the stick up and down I can actually walk around.

The c buttons in the n64 controller handled the strafing. There wasn't dual analog sticks for the n64. The analog stick was basically for moving forward and back and looking left and right, no strafing

Then on a different note, I have this motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H-WB ATX LGA1155 Motherboard, could I use the 'onboard' Blue-tooth that came with it to use a Wiimote on dolphin for the PC?  Or if the buttons of it, the Nunchuck and or the classic controller could map usebly to a PS3/Xbox 360 controller.

I don't see why not. The best way to check would be to try to pair the Wiimote to your bluetooth using the bluetooth wizard that came with it. To put the Wiimote in pairing mode, press the 1 and 2 buttons together. The LEDs on the Wiimote should be blinking and it should show up in your list of available bluetooth devices. If your pairing wizard asks whether you want to pair using a code or without a code, select "without a code".
