iPhone USB cable

Hey guys

 

I have an iPhone USB cable and i was wondering if there was anything interesting i could do with it. I noticed that it has 4 wires connected to the usb (green white blue red) and thought that mabey it was possible to connect that to my computer and use it as an esc? esc is an abbreviation for that chip that controls brushless motors, i think.

 

Basically is it possible to plug in an iPhone usb cable to my computer and use it to control a brushless motor? (also anything else that i could do with it)

OFF TOPIC: I suggest every poll from now on to have "**CK EA" option instead of "Other"

Is this a lightning connector or the 30-pin?

are you looking to control the motor from an iPhone or just use the cable?  If it's just the cable you definitely could.

do you know any software that enables me to control the brushless? via usb

I don't, but if it is a simple usb 2.0 - brushless, then there probably will be a load of softwares.

My arsenal: i7-9700k Gaming Rig, an iPhone, and Stupidity.

Not really.  Go check out some videos, and google the pin outs on the usb connection.
