Okay so I had a few questions.

What is different from air cooling (installing wise, maintaining wise (its an AIO))

Any tips I need to know

Any water cooling "secrets" that I need to follow at all times?

Stuff like that, thanks :D

AIOs are not really different. Don't pull the hoses out of the fittings and you'll be fine. And they're maintenance free (AIOs at least)

How do I do this "leak test" people speak of?

Even if I usually wouldn't have to do it, it will be a refurbished AIO so I would like to do it to be safe.

have your pc off and put the pump on so the water circulates. Place paper towels on components (GPU, PSU, case floor) and let the water circulate and check for water drops on the paper.

Could I not just have the radiator plugged in but lying on the table with paper towels under it?

Will that not reduce danger by over 9000?

Or just do it like that. I was talking from experience with custom loops :P Can't take that sucker out for leak testing ;)

Touché

That would be terrible because if it did leak you would have to wait like 2 weeks for the water to evaporate.

you can(depends some pumps need usb other connections other than 4pin), but if you already installed it and have been using it for years that's pretty much impractical to remove it just to check

I'm buying one, why would I leak test a radiator I already installed? :P

You really don't need to leak test an AIO mate, If it hasn't leaked by the time it gets to you then It's pretty safe

Just me being paranoid :P

Better safe than sorry I guess. But honestly an AIO will be watertight, if it isn't it will have already leaked because it's filled from the factory :)

Good luck with the hunt, I just got a H110 for my rig and I'm gunna spend the night installing it and playing about with it :)

Close looped one eh? You don't need to do leak test, but if you're trying to custom water cool it you need to do leak test.

Nice! Even though the H100 is ugly, I found it for £50 and it's a deal I can't refuse :P
