Stutters(?) on Dolphin Emulator

Hey all!

I recently set up dolphin emulator, and i got wind waker going on it, it works great,except for some, or a lot, of stuttering. I get solid 30fps (thats the limit) but i get frequent pauses, in that it is smooth, then both video and sound just stop for a quarter second. Fr reference, i have a twin frozr 970 and i5 4430, and am running a texture mod i found on tumblr.

I am a beautiful person who is a good idea to have a good time to time and money to buy a new job and I need some help with the same time for the first time in the middle of the day.

It is not your rig. My guess is you have to mess with the settings. Each PC is different and I think the setting are just set to default. Change them untill things start getting fixed. Change one at a time. Also IDK how it handles mods.
