First build, 650$ budget

Hi, I'm planning on building my first PC soon for about 650$. I'll be using it for gaming and some rendering on a single monitor, these are the parts that I selected:

CPU:  AMD FX-6300 3.5Ghz

edit: will build a system for you in a minute also how different are the prices in your country? Are they higher like 10eur for a part or 2eur for a part?

I chose to keep AMD at this price-point, since in the OP you mention that you will be doing some rendering as well. This is a really good build for the price! :-)

If he's "gaming and doing some render", he can afford to lose a few minutes, but can't afford to have minimum FPS dips.
