My configure is core i3 3220 motherboard Asus h61 no what should i do my budget for AMD r9 280 so what should I do I'll buy a good motherboard or my motherboard can support these graphics card or I'll buy a new motherboard to support itself please let me know in the comment

Your motherboard is going to support the r9 280. Any motherboard which has a PCI x16 slot can have a GPU added in. The more important question is what's your power supply?

550 Watts will be adequate for your build. An easy way to check if you are unsure is to go to:

http://pcpartpicker.com/

Enter in your components and it will give you an estimated wattage. Also, be sure to check that you have the proper connections (6-pin, 8-pin, etc.) for your new card and that the vendor does not say the card requires a power supply with more than 550 Watts.
