Why not just use software?

 

I use SpeedFan and it's great

Was looking into Lamptron controllers earlier, looks like they have good quality products as well.

@tmcclelland455 has a review of a NZXT fan controller, also like @RevoltTrain use software or the BIOS if you can as it's an option too.

The NZXT Sentry Mesh looks more professional, That would be my choice.

I have the Sentry Mix 2 and it's pretty nice. Nothing beats software if you can do it though.
