I wouldn't call that cheap, considering a good steel series mouse is the same price at ~45USD, least this side of the pond.

EDIT: Look at Corsair Mice or Logitech Mice, they have some really neat offerings for a cheap price

If you want a cheap mouse this is what I've been using for around 2 years. It's actually been really great for the price, and has held up well. Scroll wheel and the buttons are nice, DPI button is handy, and I love the thumb buttons. It's not too heavy so if you like that in a mouse I'd stay away from it.

I don't really have 14 extra plus, it has far less buttons which is one of the reasons I am considering this

CM Storm Alcor is a good and "cheap" mouse. I would recommend it over that Utech mouse that just seems to be another chinese low quality peripeheral rebagded.
