Sub-emails in GMail?

My friend kinda brought this to my attention since he was curious, but the two of us were wondering if there was a way to have a master email (like LMG@gmail.com), but then set it up so that there were sub-emails (Linus.LMG@gmail.com, for example). Is this even possible, or would you have to set up each email as its own email?

the "dot" is just part of the name of the email

(i mean, you can do it, but it's just a bunch of regular unrelated emails with similar names)

Yea as Ciccioo said, you are thinking of sub domains: sub.mydomain.com

 

You could open another email address and use one account to access the other which would do what you want.

this^^ but actually. The dots dont matter. You could have horse.cat@gmail.com, h.o.r.s.e.cat@gmail.com and horsecat@gmail.com they would all end up to horsecat@gmail.com
