I've asked 3 tickets and no have been answered, to put it, instatly closed.

the question I have is:

I bought a motherboard in January and bought the CPU in Febuary. After the first bootup, the motherboard would not post. After swapping parts I found that DIMM 1 slot was dead. I reseated the CPU 2-3 times with no difference, so I sent the board back to the seller under RMA. 2 days later (18/02/15) they said the board failed physical inspection due to bent pins in the CPU socket. I'm now sending this ticket because I don't know what to do, as I did not bend any pins in the socket. What are my options?

So, what are my options?

Current Build

Ring customer support ? Made up so rubbish that you're displeased with the customer service and you would like them to resolve the issue.
