new gaming mouse

hey guys,

 

I'm about to buy a new pc and alongside that i would also like to get a new mouse. it would be mainly used for gaming. i play mainly fps games like batlefield, borderlands... i like to rest my whole hand on the mouse + i have a pretty big hand since i'm 6'6"(195cm) right now im thinking about a R.A.T. 5 because of its customizability for 56e what do you guys think?

The R.A.T 5 might still be a little small depending on how you hold your mouse.

Up to 4000Dpi, good colors, and a reputable brand. It's normally 40 bucks but there's a sale right now and you can pick it up for 20. It fits rather well in the hand but I can't tell how well it'll fit for you because even though I have rather big hands for my size, I'm only standing at 5'3. Still got some growing to do.

Mice for big hands? Maybe some cooler master stuff.

Roccat Tyon seems large. As do some of the Logitech ones. Dunno how big the rat can get though.

I use the razer ABYSSUS, and i cannot fault it at all. Its fairly big as well. I probably have a little bigger than average hands for an male adult, but I still have plenty of room left.

I have pretty big hands.  I like the Thermaltake Theron http://www.amazon.com/Tt-eSPORTS-Thermaltake-Infrared-MO-TRN006DTM/dp/B00EVVNMQI ... kinda reminds me of the feel of the G9x, but it has a button on the right that I tend to press alot.. (it's by the ring finger)

 

this mouse does come with weights if you want to change that... but other than that, I like it.  Oh yeah, and I got mine for free too...

I'd say G502 by logitech, I love mine

that looks pretty nice just two questions, can the led's be turned off? is there any chance i could set the right button to something like there is on the rat 5 the "sniper button" which basically lowers your dpi while you hold it?

that looks pretty nice just two questions, can the led's be turned off? is there any chance i could set the right button to something like there is on the rat 5 the "sniper button" which basically lowers your dpi while you hold it?

the led's can be turned off if you want.. i'm not entirely sure if you could set the right button for a sniper button.
