Hyper 212 evo installation

Hey guys

i ordered an hyper 212 evo and it should be here on tuesday.

I ordered it because of my cpu high temps, (99°C on 100% load) and since i have everything in the case, is it safe to assemble it in the case? I mean i'm not working on carpet and i have a wood table but since i have my mobo grounded to the case i should be fine, right?

You should be fine. Just open it up on top of a wooden table and it should be easy to install.

You will be fine even though the mounting system is not my favourite at all, the coole is still able to wiggle a bit but its okey

hey, im going to do my first build in a few days, and i have a wood table and a wood floor, is this safe from static electricity? and does wearing a pullover increase my chances of frying my components?

I think with parquet you'll be just fine...

Should be fine. Just get some isopropyl alcohol and kitchen roll to wipe off the old thermal paste from the CPU.

Wearing a pullover will increase the chances of ESD, yes. Try to wear as little clothing as possible (I'd reccommend a t shirt)

you can use bad conductor for electricity materials like wood and rubber for best safety purpose.
