Dude, if you can get a 240m you should be going for an i5 at least. Also, the stock cooler is fine to give you an idea, and a 212 evo ($30 cooler) is more than enough.

Stock cooler is even more than enough. The R9 290x will have its own cooler.

You can't use the 240M with both the 4160 and 290X. It's only good for the CPU. The 290X comes with its own cooler.

Is Cooler master nepton 240m enough for Intel core i3 4160 and Amd R9 290x?

trying to run them both as cool as and as quiet as possible.

Don't sacrifice CPU for watercooling, go with air cooling and get an i5, you'll end up with a much more balanced build.

I have just asked if it is enough so answer me with yes or no.

Taking suggestions from people can give you a better gaming experience and a more balanced system.

trying to run them both as cool as and as quiet as possible.

thats an AIO cooler. you can`t run both . if you want silence get a locked i5 and a passive cooler and a gtx 970 strix .290x is like the opposite of silence
