Good New Everyone!

 

I have fixed up my old PC, which means I can rig it to host servers if I wish!

 

I was thinking along the lines as an official game server for the LinusTechTips forms exclusively.

 

This is all in the thinking stages but please leave a comment on what you would like to see!

Do you think we should have one for the Americas and then one for Europe?

But, remember to find the right people to trust with server files... I can help with modded or vanilla Bukkit/Spigot

One thing we could do is run one server at a time - half the time the EU one is on and half the time the US one is on. Then sync it in between.

That doesn't sound very efficient, The only thing I would sync is probably plugins, that is all, since both servers will have different people on all the time.

Or, we can use that thing Mineplex does to have access points in EU and US/

No because the Idea I have is one for The US and one for Europe, better latency for both.
