As I said in your other thread, Sony Vegas or Adobe Premiere or possibly even Adobe After Effects.

Magix Video Deluxe is a simple and easy to understand Programm, Sony Vegas is more advanced. And Adobe Products require a lot of work and knowledge.

So i would recommend Magix Video Deluxe.

My PC specs: Intel Core i7-920, Gigabyte EX-58 Extreme, 9GB Corsair XMS3, Gigabyte GTX 670 Windforce, 1TB WD, Be Quiet Straight Power 10 500W

What's a good editing software, I just wanna add short sounds for example the sad piano song, making images popping up on the screen and adding text(subtitles) because I'm Swedish :P

I vote Premiere, hands down.. So easy to use and still extremely versatile. Expensive though...

There are cheaper or even free options, but you get what you pay for.

The projects never end in my line of work.

I would recommend http://store.steampowered.com/app/330070/for what you are doing. I don't know why anyone would buy premier for text and images on a video, just doesn't make sense. Premier is a great program, but is way overkill for what you want to do.
