Please don't just dump your thread in general... if you're here to ask for help it's nice to at least put it in the right place.

 

Anyway have you changed your graphics settings? Are you experiencing FPS problems or something else?

Yes FPS problem and my cpu is in 100% load idk why.i don't change my graphics settings.

It should be on 100%

Unlike arma which is stuck at 30%

with a setup like that you're going to have to change most of the settings to the medium/low side of things. Turn off AA and shadows will also help.
