I need help finding the MTEC Control Center Software

I bought a Coolit elite for $20 and it works fine but I cant control it because I cant get my hands on the software. I tried emailing them and no reply. any help?

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.
