Looks like everything will work ok. I assume this is a new build, so why Ivy Bridge instead of Haswell Refresh?

those are older parts. Some cpu and graphics cards can be found now for cheaper and preform better. But what colors are you looking at?

If you only plan on a single 970 then a good 500W/550W is enough. Something like the XFX XTR 550W is a good solid psu.

 

If you plan on going SLI in the future then the EVGA Supernova G2 750W or 850W if it is still on offer.
