A 970 and i5 and I'm shopping from Newegg or do you have any better sites in mind?

A decent 500w would already be plenty: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-100b10500kr

If you need modularity, you could go with a Hive-550 or cx450m:

Is 450 really enough if I overclock?

It's easily more than enough.

It would probably be enough, but I'd go 500-550 to be safe

550w is already into overkill territory when accounting for oc'ing.
