How to overclock?

Hi guys!, I've had little to no reason to overclock my computer, but now really want to give it a shot. 

I have

asus rampage iv extreme motherboard

16gb g-skill ram

3930k

gtx 780 ti

with and h100 cooler

 

I need help to overclocking just the cpu, to a satisfying yet safe overclock and need the step by step process on how to do that

4.8ghz "easy mode". SOunds like that guy had a good sample and thinks 4.8ghz is doable for everyone?
