Well... It depends really.

 

The best is going to be something conductive. The best I've found in terms of temps is some liquid metal paste (gallium) from coollaboratory.

 

 

MX-4 is good enough though.

Can try Arctic MX-4 which is quite good.

MX-4, definitely! IC Diamond is also quite good, but a bit more expensive.

IC-Diamond '24' is good for water cooling and Arctic Silver 5 is a pretty good overall thermal compound.

NH-T1 used it and works fine.

Tuniq-TX4 is also pretty good at least the way I've seen them do it.

Deepcool Z190 or something I posted a while back is also decent for a good price.
